3. Acceptable use

• No harassment, hate speech, or illegal content.

• No scraping, reverse engineering, or interfering with the Service.
• No spam, phishing, or unauthorised commercial messaging.
• No content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.

4. Events and physical activity

Sportpadi connects you with real-world events organised by other users. You participate at your own risk. Sportpadi is not the organiser, host, or insurer of these events. Make sure you are physically able to participate, follow venue rules, and consult a medical professional before strenuous activity.

5. Organiser responsibilities

If you create events or groups, you confirm you have the right to do so, will provide accurate information, and will treat participants fairly. You are responsible for any safety, permits, and venue agreements related to your event.

6. Content licence

You retain ownership of content you post (group descriptions, posts, profile content). You grant Sportpadi a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the Service.

7. Paid features

Some group tiers offer paid features. Pricing and entitlements are described at the point of purchase. Charges are non-refundable except where required by law.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or create risk for the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time from settings.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sportpadi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Sportpadi is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
